Authenticated blind SSRF via unchecked media URLs

Blind SSRF in External Media without Import 1.1.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send server-side requests. The add_external_media_without_import path passes submitted URLs to getimagesize() or wp_remote_head() without rejecting loopback or internal destinations. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; exploitation forces outbound requests to services reachable from the WordPress host without returning response bodies.
