Application crash via null NE segment table

NULL pointer dereference in radare2 before 5.6.8 allows local users to crash the application by opening a crafted NE executable. The r_bin_ne_get_segments function checked the parser object but dereferenced its null segment_entries member during segment processing. An attacker must persuade a user to analyze the malformed file; successful exploitation interrupts only that radare2 process.
