CVE-2022-1362Network attack vector

Authenticated command injection via crafted package upload

Published May 17, 2022 · Updated Apr 16, 2025

OS command injection in Cambium Networks cnMaestro before 2.4.2-r29 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via package upload. A specific on-premises route accepts a user-uploaded package and passes attacker-controlled data into server command execution without adequate neutralization. The route requires an account able to upload packages; cnMaestro Cloud was patched, while on-premises branches before 2.4.2-r29, 3.0.0-r34, or 3.0.3-r32 remain affected.
