Denial of service via TIFFReadRawDataStriped overflow

Heap buffer overflow in LibTIFF tiffinfo before 4.4.0 allows local users to crash the tool with a crafted TIFF file. TIFFReadRawDataStriped() processes raw strip data without sufficient bounds protection, permitting heap memory overwrite during parsing. User interaction is required to make tiffinfo open the malicious file; the demonstrated consequence is a tool crash and denial of service, not confidentiality or integrity loss.
