Invalid OCSP response trust via overwritten failure return

Improper certificate validation in OpenSSL 3.0.0 through 3.0.2 allows attackers to treat an invalid OCSP response as trusted. In OCSP_basic_verify, ocsp_verify_signer overwrites X509_verify_cert's failure return with a positive X509 error code, so OCSP_NOCHECKS bypasses the later empty-chain failure. Reachability requires the non-default OCSP_NOCHECKS flag or command-line -no_cert_checks option; the result is false acceptance of an unverified response.
