Server crash via duplicate image proxy allocations

Resource exhaustion in the image proxy in Mattermost allows remote authenticated users to crash the server through oversized image links. The proxy allocates memory for multiple copies of each proxied image without bounding the source image size, exhausting server memory. Exploitation requires a valid account and the non-default local image proxy to be enabled; the bounded consequence is a server crash.
