Denial of service via unbounded image allocation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in GREYC CImg before 3.1.0 allows attackers to crash image-processing applications via crafted files. The load_bmp and load_pandore paths trust dimensions encoded in BMP or Pandore headers and derive allocation sizes without first checking those sizes against the input file length. An application must process an attacker-supplied image; the resulting oversized allocation can exhaust memory, terminate the process, and disrupt the host.
