Out-of-bounds read in radare2 before 5.6.8 allows context-dependent attackers to disclose process data or crash it via a crafted NE file. The r_bin_ne_get_entrypoints function reads entry-table offsets and indexes segment_entries from attacker-controlled values without first enforcing the entry-table length and segment-count bounds. Exploitation requires an affected user or process to analyze the malicious file; the bounded outcomes are information disclosure and a process crash.
