Stored XSS via unsanitized model fields

Stored XSS in Trudesk before 1.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in another user's browser through crafted names or titles. Model save hooks trim, but do not sanitize, attacker-controlled name, group-name, and ticket-title values before storing them for later rendering. A low-privileged account and a viewer opening the stored content are required, exposing the viewer's session and page data to the injected script.
