Local code execution via stale method cache

Heap buffer overflow in mrb_vm_exec in mruby before 3.2 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through crafted Ruby code. mrb_remove_method deletes a method-table entry without clearing the class method cache, leaving stale dispatch state that drives an out-of-bounds heap write during VM execution. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled Ruby code to run in an affected interpreter or embedding process, where successful corruption grants code execution in that process.
