Internal service discovery via stale webhook validation

Server-side request forgery in Gogs before 0.12.8 allows remote authenticated users to discover internal network services via webhooks. HookTask.deliver trusted a previously accepted payload URL without resolving its hostname again before each delivery, enabling DNS rebinding to a blocked local address. Repository administrator access is required to create the webhook; successful exploitation makes server-originated requests that reveal whether internal services are reachable.
