Unrestricted file upload in James Collings Import WP before 2.4.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP on the WordPress host. The remote-file importer accepts a PHP file from an attacker-supplied URL and stores it under wp-content/uploads without enforcing the selected import file type. Administrator access is required, and requesting the stored PHP file executes code with the WordPress web server privileges.
