Arbitrary database queries via blind SQL injection
Published Apr 14, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Blind SQL injection in McAfee Agent ePO Extension before 5.7.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL queries. The extension constructs back-end database queries from attacker-controlled input without neutralizing SQL syntax; the affected parameter and code locus are undisclosed. Exploitation requires an authenticated ePO administrator; arbitrary queries expose or alter stored data, and successful escalation reaches server command execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
