Local process crash via NULL password data

A NULL pointer dereference in cms_set_pw_data in Pesign Project pesign before 115 allows local users to crash pesign during daemonization. In cms_common.c, cms_set_pw_data() dereferences the pwdata argument without handling the NULL value passed from daemon.c. The flaw requires local access and interrupts the attempted daemon process without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
