Improper authentication in SAP Information System 1.0 allows remote attackers to create an administrator account through an HTTP POST request. The add_admin.php controller performs the privileged account-creation operation without verifying an authenticated session. No existing account or user interaction is required, and the resulting credentials provide administrator access to the web application.
