Application crash via dyld cache map overrun

Heap-buffer overflow in radare2 before 5.6.8 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the application via a crafted dyld cache. The create_cache_bins function passes the header-declared mappingCount to va2pa while starting from an indexed map pointer, allowing iteration beyond the remaining cache maps. A user must open the malformed cache, and successful exploitation terminates the radare2 process without reported data disclosure or modification.
