Process crash via unchecked NE entry-table offsets

Out-of-bounds memory access in radare2 before 5.6.8 allows local users to crash the process by opening a crafted NE binary. The r_bin_ne_get_entrypoints function trusts the NE header's entry-table length and segment number, reading beyond the file buffer or before segment_entries. Triggering requires user interaction with an untrusted file; the published patch and reproducer establish a segfault, not arbitrary code execution.
