Process crash via unchecked NE parser indexes

Heap buffer overflow in the NE binary parser in radareorg radare2 before 5.6.8 allows attackers to crash the process via a crafted NE file. The parser trusts NE header counts and relocation indexes when sizing and traversing segment, module-reference, and relocation data, permitting reads beyond the input buffer and invalid heap indexes. A user must open or analyze the crafted binary; the patch records out-of-bounds-read segmentation faults, while the CNA reports broader heap-overflow exploitability.
