Weak password requirements in GROWI before 5.0.0 allow remote attackers to gain account access through brute-force password guessing. The registration and account-activation validators accept six-character passwords, below the corrected eight-character minimum. Exploitation requires an account using a guessable password and successful network login attempts; access remains limited to that account's privileges.
