Open redirect via excessive scheme-relative slashes

URL confusion in medialize URI.js before 1.19.11 allows remote attackers to redirect users through crafted scheme-relative URLs. URI.parse() treats three or more leading slashes as a relative path with a null hostname, while browsers interpret the same string as an absolute network URL. Applications that trust the parsed hostname before passing the original string to a browser can therefore send users to an attacker-controlled site.
