Host privilege escalation via container-supplied nsenter

Privilege escalation in Containers psgo before 1.7.2 allows remote attackers to access the host through a malicious container image. The process-inspection path resolves and executes the container-supplied nsenter binary without applying the container's security profiles. Exploitation requires a user-namespaced container built from the attacker's image and a victim invoking Podman top, after which code can read the host filesystem or interrupt host processes.
