Process crash via unbounded JBIG memory allocation

Uncontrolled resource consumption in LibTIFF tiff2ps 4.3.0 allows remote attackers to crash the process with a crafted TIFF file. During Level 2 PostScript conversion, malformed JBIG image metadata reaches JBIGDecode, whose decoder attempts a 128 GiB allocation and aborts when memory is exhausted. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file with the converter; the demonstrated consequence is process termination, not data access or modification.
