Local system crash via AX.25 timer race

Race condition in Linux Kernel through 5.17 allows local users to crash the system by simulating and detaching an AX.25 device. In net/ax25, ax25_kill_by_device and ax25_release can clear or free ax25_dev while heartbeat and protocol timers still dereference it. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and winning the device-teardown race; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash.
