Private commit metadata disclosure via stale fork access

Improper access control in GitLab CE/EE before 14.7.7, 14.8.5, or 14.9.2 lets remote authenticated users read private commit details. The new-merge-request target selector resolves and displays the private parent project's latest default-branch commit message, description, and SHA-1 through an existing fork after its owner is demoted to Guest. Exploitation requires a prior Reporter-level fork followed by demotion; disclosure is limited to the latest default-branch commit metadata.
