Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted CSS proxy URL

SSRF in Live Helper Chat before 3.96 allows remote authenticated users to make the server fetch attacker-selected CSS URLs. The proxycss.php endpoint derives a download target from css and base query parameters and passes it to cURL without restricting schemes, ports, or response content. High-privilege application access is required; the request can reach resources available from the server and return their content as CSS.
