Internal-network TCP access via unchecked host-key detection

SSRF in repository mirroring in affected GitLab CE/EE versions allows remote authenticated users to send TCP packets to internal services. SSH mirror host-key detection passes the supplied host to a backend key scan without applying GitLab's outbound-network validation. A project Maintainer or Owner must configure an SSH mirror and request key detection; the blind result forces a TCP connection but does not return service data.
