Authenticated service crash via RDoc regex parsing

Denial of service in GitLab CE/EE allows remote authenticated users to crash the web application by rendering a crafted RDoc file. The RDoc HTML renderer's parseable? check passes embedded text to Ruby eval for syntax parsing, which compiles an attacker-controlled regular expression and triggers a stack-buffer overflow. Repository write access is required to add the file; repeated rich-view requests can terminate Puma workers and deny access to the instance in the affected release ranges.
