System crash via ext4 directory use-after-free

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel ext4 filesystem allows local users to crash the system through a crafted filesystem image. On a mounted corrupted ext4 image, directory renames reach dx_insert_block(), where memmove reads previously freed directory-block memory during an h-tree split. The attacker needs local access and a way to expose the crafted image to ext4; successful triggering interrupts availability by crashing the host.
