Stored XSS in OpenEMR before 6.0.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The OemrUI headerActionJs method inserts its stored heading into generated output after removing spaces but without attribute-context escaping. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account to save a crafted heading and a different user to open the affected page, enabling script execution in that user's session.
