Stored script execution via unescaped tree options

Stored XSS in OpenEMR before 6.0.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. TreeMenu::toHTML and its node renderer place promotion text, node identifiers, and node text into option markup without contextual encoding. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a second user to view the stored entry, enabling script access to that user's session data and actions.
