Stored XSS via unescaped syntax-highlight attribute

Stored XSS in GitLab 14.4 before 14.7.7, 14.8 before 14.8.5, and 14.9 before 14.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to run script. SyntaxHighlightFilter copies attacker-controlled data-sourcepos content into generated highlight HTML, allowing a base element to retarget nonce-bearing relative script loads to an attacker-controlled origin. Execution occurs when another user views the saved issue, wiki page, or note; the script runs in that viewer's GitLab session and can create tokens or perform session-authorized actions.
