Unauthenticated script execution via reflected search_title input
Published Apr 4, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Reflected XSS in Eyecix Technologies Careerfy before 3.9.0 allows remote attackers to execute script through a crafted search URL. The jobs-listing page returns the search_title query parameter into its HTML output without sufficient sanitization or context-appropriate escaping. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted URL; the injected script then runs in the Careerfy site's browser origin.
