Arbitrary IP blocking via trusted forwarding headers

Authorization bypass in Plugin Planet Blackhole for Bad Bots before 3.3.2 allows remote attackers to block arbitrary IP addresses. The blackhole request handler accepts client-controlled CF-CONNECTING-IP, CLIENT-IP, and similar headers as the visitor address and writes that value to the bad-bot block list. No authentication is required, but the attacker must know or discover the site's blackhole URL; a request can block chosen visitors or trusted crawlers, or spoof an address to evade an existing block.
