Database disclosure via unsanitized export filters
Published Aug 29, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Leaflet Maps Marker before 3.12.5 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to read database data. The import/export start.php endpoint inserts the filter-operator1 and filter-operator2 parameters into SQL queries without sufficient sanitization or preparation. A valid WordPress administrator session and export nonce are required, and crafted POST values can append SQL expressions that expose sensitive database information.
