Data exposure in GitLab before 14.7.7, 14.8 before 14.8.5, and 14.9 before 14.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read masked CI variables. When a CI/CD configuration include directive fails, the error-rendering path returns unfiltered masked variable values in the web UI. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and another user's interaction with the resulting error; no data modification or service interruption is reported.
