Memory disclosure and crash via freed DCM entry

Heap use-after-free in ImageMagick 6 before 6.9.12-43 and 7 before 7.1.0-28 allows local users to disclose memory or crash conversion. During crafted DICOM decoding, linked-list cleanup invokes RelinquishDCMInfo on an allocation that has already been freed, causing the function to read the released heap entry. Exploitation requires a user or application to convert the malicious file; observed outcomes are heap-memory disclosure or process termination.
