Cross-site scripting via spoofed upload MIME type

Cross-site scripting in 10up Safe SVG before 1.9.10 allows remote attackers to upload unsanitized SVG content via a spoofed MIME type. The check_for_svg upload prefilter trusts the request-provided file type, so a non-SVG Content-Type skips sanitization even when the file is SVG. A victim must view or otherwise process the uploaded SVG for embedded script to execute; other XML attacks depend on downstream use.
