Stored script execution via unescaped Force Public Pages

Stored XSS in Contexture International Page Security & Membership 1.5.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in browsers. The Force Public Pages setting stores and renders attacker-controlled markup without sanitization or output escaping. Administrator privileges are required to save the payload, and another user's viewing context is required for script execution even when unfiltered_html is disabled.
