CVE-2022-1067Network attack vector

Unauthenticated lab-report disclosure via patient-ID URL

Published Apr 11, 2022 · Updated Apr 16, 2025

Authentication bypass in LifePoint Informatics Patient Portal before LPI 3.5.12.P30 allows remote attackers to read lab reports. A direct request to a report-generation URL supplies a patient ID and causes the server to generate a lab-report PDF without authentication or rate limiting. Knowledge or enumeration of a patient ID is sufficient to retrieve the associated report, exposing patient health data without modification or service interruption.
