Device tracking via predictable TCP source ports

Information disclosure in Linux Kernel 5.12-rc1 through 5.18-rc5 allows remote attackers to track devices via TCP source ports. __inet_hash_connect() maps destination tuples into a 256-entry shared perturbation table, making hash collisions observable through chosen outbound connections. Exploitation requires inducing many direct outbound connections and observing their source ports; successful tracking persists until reboot and can cross browsers, containers, and some network boundaries.
