Administrator-level SQL injection via unsanitized calendar ID
Published Apr 11, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Elbtide Advanced Booking Calendar before 1.7.1 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute crafted SQL. The abc_booking_editCalendar handler inserts the POST id value into a database query without sanitizing or escaping it. Submitting a crafted calendar ID through the WordPress administration interface is required, and the demonstrated payload delays query execution.
