Reflected script execution via unencoded hostname
Published Mar 16, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Reflected XSS in Hestia Control Panel before 1.5.11 allows remote authenticated users to run script in an administrator's browser. The Edit server template inserted the hostname directly into a Generate CSR link without HTML entity encoding. Administrative access is required to place the value, and another user must open the crafted page; execution is limited to that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
