Stored script execution via unchecked SVG uploads

Stored XSS in GetGrav Grav before 1.7.31 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers through SVG uploads. The media upload path persists SVG files without invoking Security::detectXssFromSvgFile, allowing active markup to remain in stored content. An account with media-upload access and a victim who views the SVG are required; the injected script runs in the site's origin.
