Account takeover via poisoned password-reset link

Host header injection in Live Helper Chat before 3.97 allows remote attackers to redirect password-reset links to attacker-controlled hosts. The forgot-password handler copies the request-supplied HTTP_HOST value into the emailed reset URL instead of using a configured trusted origin. Exploitation requires the targeted user to follow the poisoned email link, which discloses the reset token and enables account takeover.
