Utility crash via unchecked NaN resolution values

Divide-by-zero in LibTIFF tiffcrop 4.3.0 allows attackers to crash the utility by processing a crafted TIFF file. _TIFFVSetField accepts NaN XResolution or YResolution values because it checks only for values below zero, and computeOutputPixelOffsets later encounters invalid arithmetic. Triggering the crash requires a local user or an application to invoke tiffcrop on the malicious file; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
