Application crash via zero-length null-pointer copy

NULL pointer dereference in LibTIFF 4.3.0 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to crash applications via a crafted TIFF file. TIFFFetchNormalTag passes a null data pointer with a zero byte count to _TIFFmemcpy while reading a malformed directory tag. A user or application must process attacker-supplied TIFF content, and exploitation interrupts only the affected process.
