Reflected XSS via unescaped cf-api parameter

Reflected cross-site scripting in Caldera Forms before 1.9.7 allows remote attackers to execute script through the cf-api parameter. The plugin reflects that query value into the HTTP response without validation or escaping when no forms exist, allowing a victim browser to run attacker-supplied code after visiting a crafted URL. Exploitation requires victim interaction with the crafted link; the documented impact is script execution in the site context, not server-side code execution.
