SSRF in Gogs before 0.12.5 allows remote authenticated users to make the server request internal resources during repository migration. MigrateRepo.ParseRemoteAddr accepted a supplied clone URL without resolving its hostname and rejecting addresses in local or private network ranges. An account able to start repository migration is required, and reachable internal services can return data through the server-initiated request.
