Administrator session access via reflected script injection
Published Mar 23, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Reflected XSS in McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator before 5.10 Update 13 allows remote attackers to access an administrator session via a crafted link. Trellix has not disclosed the affected interface endpoint, parameter, or output-encoding failure that reflects attacker-controlled input into the page. An administrator must follow the link; resulting script execution permits limited reading and alteration of information in the affected interface area.
