Code execution via evaluated Trainer environment variable

Code injection in PyTorch Lightning before 1.6.0 allows local users to execute operating-system commands through Trainer configuration. The parse_env_variables function passed PL_TRAINER_GPUS text to Python eval, which interpreted attacker-controlled expressions as code. Exploitation requires control of the training process environment before an application initializes Trainer, and injected code runs with that process's privileges.
